Performance configuration

·The whole machine is controlled by PLC, with high degree of intelligent automation and convenient operation and maintenance；

·The main motor runs online with slitting machine，which adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and supports paper storage buffer device ;

·Adopt metal anilox roller to transfer ink. When stop, the ink roller can detach automatically and operate at low speed, which in order to prevent ink dry;

·The whole machine is composed of paper returning device, printing machine and paper storage device;

·Feeding is controlled by magnetic powder brake and pneumatic rectifying device;

·It is composed of three groups of printing units. Each unit adopts 360°circumferential plate adjustment, and the middle group of units can be printed forward and backward.
