When the equipment starts to run, the labeled products of the automatic labeling machine are fed to the labeling machine at a constant speed on the conveyor belt (clamping conveyor). The machine is equipped with a fixing device to separate the products by a fixed distance. Promote the direction of the product conveyor belt. The engineer of said: The mechanical system of the automatic labeling machine includes a drive wheel, a labeling wheel and a reel. The driving wheel drags the label tape movement intermittently, and the label tape is pulled out from the reel and passes through the labeling wheel at the same time. The labeling wheel will press the label tape on the box. An open-loop displacement control is applied to the reel, and the original tension of the label tape is maintained, because the labels are closely connected to each other on the label tape, so the label tape will continue to start and stop. Because the label is affixed to the product when the labeling wheel and the product move at the same speed, when the conveyor belt reaches a specific position, the drive wheel of the label belt will accelerate to match the speed of the conveyor belt. Will decelerate to a stop. Since the label tape may slide, there is a logo registration on it to ensure that each label is placed correctly. The registration mark needs to be obtained by a sensor. During the deceleration phase of the label tape, the drive wheel will readjust its position to correct any position error on the label tape. At present, automatic labeling machines are widely used in various packaging industries, but over time, related problems will continue to be exposed. Adjustment of the brush device. The center of the standard brush is aligned with the label and both sides are symmetrical. The surface brush is perpendicular to the surface of the container. The overlap gap of the pressure brush sweeping the container is: single pressure brush is 10mm~15mm, combined pressure brush is 5mm~10mm. The distance between the cleaning brush and the sponge is 1mm~2mm. Regarding the adjustment of the bottle press head, the manufacturer stated that the press head should be 20mm lower than when there is a bottle when there is no bottle. 2. Pay attention to the adjustment of the label box. The center line of the label box and the center axis of the label station are tangent to the label paper, and the center axis of the label plate forms a line at three points. Adjust the tangent distance between the label plate and the label paper, and then move the label box. Nearly 1mm~2mm is fine. 3. Adjustment of the position of the label-grabbing hooks of the label box: the upper, lower, left and right label-grabbing hooks are on the same vertical plane and evenly work hard on the label paper to smoothly grab the label. Adjustment of the label supply roller: When there is no label, the label pressing plate can be pressed to the front end of the label box and when the label is installed, the label near the label hook finger cannot be crushed. 4. When adjusting the bottle inlet and outlet star wheel and the bottle inlet screw rod, the bottle pressing head of the standard machine shall prevail. First adjust the bottle-in star wheel. When the bottle pressing head just overwhelms the bottle, adjust the bottle-in star wheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the star wheel groove. 5. Adjustment of the bottle feeding screw: take the bottle feeding star wheel as the standard. When the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the bottle feeding star wheel, adjust the screw rod so that the bottle inlet side of the screw is close to the bottle without displacement. Adjustment of the bottle-out star wheel: When the bottle pressing head is just raised, adjust the star wheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the star wheel. 6. Adjustment of the squeegee and the rubber roller: There should be no gap between the squeegee and the rubber roller in the entire length. If there is a gap, the squeegee can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric bolt. The adjustment of the rubber roller and the standard plate: the standard plate and the rubber roller are only in contact with each other without any pressure. The gap is too large and there is too much glue on the target plate, causing glue rejection. If the gap is too small and the contact is too tight, the glue will be squeezed away, and there is no glue on the half of the target board. Practice has proved that the gap between the standard plate and the rubber roller is preferably between 0.1mm and 0.2mm. This can be achieved by adjusting the bearing seat at the lower part of the rubber roller, and if necessary, adjust the bearing on the upper part of the rubber roller.
