Adjustment of the label supply roller: When there is no label, the label pressing plate can be pressed to the front end of the label box, and the label (label) cannot be crushed when the label is attached. Too big a gap, too much glue on the target plate, resulting in glue rejection; because the gap is too small and the contact is too tight, the glue will be squeezed out, and the half side of the target plate will not stick. The results show that the best gap between the standard plate and the rubber roller is between 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm. The bearing seat at the lower end of the rubber roller can be adjusted, and the upper bearing of the rubber roller can be adjusted if necessary.
