The fully automatic adhesive label slitting machine (2-in-1, with/without core) is the core equipment custom-designed by Zhongya Technology specifically for high-end adhesive label production.

This equipment integrates die-cutting, tube threading, slitting, rewinding, and packaging into a single unit, enabling fully automated processing—from raw materials to finished products—and is specifically designed to enhance both production efficiency and product quality.

Equipped with an imported PLC touch screen and featuring an integrated dual-station automatic correction system with millisecond-level response, it ensures materials remain perfectly aligned throughout the slitting process. Paired with a high-precision fiber optic sensor, the system enables automatic meter counting, delivering slit-cutting accuracy that is second to none.

Featuring a uniquely designed four-axis联动 unwinding structure, this system enables true non-stop slitting, seamless workstation switching, significantly reduces downtime, and markedly boosts production efficiency.

It can seamlessly integrate fully automated operations—from slitting and rewinding to conveying, shrink packaging, and sealing with round labels at both ends—maximizing labor savings and reducing operational costs.

Featuring a double-wall panel structure, the equipment boasts high rigidity and ensures smooth operation. It supports a maximum paper feed width of 570mm, with a top speed of 200m/min, and can handle slitting and rewinding operations up to a maximum diameter of 140mm—while accommodating coreless rolls with a minimum inner diameter of just 16mm. This makes it perfectly suited to meet the diverse needs of various adhesive label materials and production processes.
